Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she earned her pro card at 17 years old. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. In 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. At the close of 2009, she had won four fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull downs. Warming up is usually done before the actual exercise. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week one day being lighter weight and the other days heavy weight.
